Dora and Lucas were married on a lovely summer evening at Childress Vineyards in Lexington, NC. It was lovely, warm, elegant affair, complete with a gorgeous golden sunset! I had the pleasure of second-shooting with Jenny Tenney on this one, and it was such a delight.
Dora is probably the most beautiful bride I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing…I don’t think she stopped smiling once through the whole day! When her mother helped her put on her veil, I nearly cried it was so beautiful. She and Lucas are both in the military, and had to wait on their next orders before going on their honeymoon, but they still brought SO MUCH joy and excitement to the day.

The bouquet got stuck in the chandelier! Thankfully, a quick-thinking bridesmaid was ready with a replacement bouquet and the party continued!
